Fill out the form below to submit a voucher online. Vouchers should be submitted within 30 days.  The last day that vouchers can be submitted for current year is June 10.  Receipts MUST be submitted to receive payment.

You may submit receipts one of three ways:

  1. Use the Choose File button/s at the bottom of this page to upload your receipt/s. Only non-image files are supported at this time. If you have more than one receipt, try combining the receipts into one file. Files are limited to 3MB. Click here for instructions on how to scan files/receipts using your smart phone.
  2. Email digital receipt/s to: aauwhmbtreasurer@gmail.com
  3. Mail the paper receipt/s to:AAUW-HMB Treasurer, P.O Box 323, Half Moon Bay, CA, 94019
